HQTrivia Debuts New Game HQ Tunes with Melody Alanna as Host
With barely any fanfare, HQ Trivia debuted a new game on their app today, the music-themed HQ Tunes, with singer Melody Alanna doing a fairly decent job hosting.

Players reported glitches, including the disappearance of audio during portions of the game when the CardiB-lookalike Alanna was speaking. (The song clips played fine.)
There were 3,359 winners, each earning approximately 30 cents by splitting the $1,000 jackpot.
HQ Tunes came on at 12 noon in the Pacific time zone. HQ Sports aired at its usual 5:00 pm time. The main HQ Trivia game was at the regular 6:00 pm.
Next game of HQ Tunes: October 13 (Sunday), 6:00 pm, with a pot of $1,000 to be distributed among winners.
Season 7 of HQ Trivia will have its finale the following day, October 14.
